Topscience Biotech boasts a formidable team of technical experts dedicated to technological innovation and new product development. Topscience Biotech has established a R&D team including dozens of masters and doctors, and has more than 40 employees with intermediate professional title or above committed to innovation. Topscience Biotech has established the industry-university-research cooperation system via closely cooperating with well-known research institutes and universities both domestically and internationally, including Jiangnan University and Shandong University, etc.

Patent Achievements:

Currently, Topscience Biotech has obtained 29 patents, includes new products like low molecular weight Sodium Hyaluronate, high purity Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium, Cationic Hyaluronate, Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate, Zinc Hydrolyzed Hyaluronate, Cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate etc. Three technological achievements reached the international advanced level while two have been recognized as leading domestically.

Laboratory Display:

The R&D team with strong technical foundation has six provincial R&D platforms, including fermentation technology laboratory, synthetic biology laboratory, process development laboratory, basic research laboratory, technical service laboratory and pilot scale laboratory. All the laboratories are able to quickly respond to market demand, continuously launch competitive products and services, achieve the industrialization of scientific research achievements, and create greater value for customers.

Quality Assurance

Topscience Biotech has established a complete quality management system in accordance with the "Good Manufacturing Practice (2010 Revision)", EU GMP and other regulations. The quality department is responsible for the quality management of the company. In order to ensure high reliability and stability of quality, Topscience Biotech has established standard operating procedures that cover the entire process from material purchase, product production to product distribution. All the related procedures will guide the execution of all quality-related activities to continuously improve product quality and service quality to meet customer expectations and requirment.

Quality Control

QC has leading instruments and experienced testing engineers. Products quality are strictly controlled according to Ph.Eur., JP and other compendial standards, medical device industry standards, registration standards and customer standards all the time. The product is strictly tested by the QC, and distributed to the customer after released by the QA department. We strictly control the product quality, constantly strive for excellence, and provide customers with reliable products and services.

Topscience Biotech is equipped with advanced inspection instruments, such as GC, HPLC, UV, etc., and has professional technical personnel to ensure precise control of materials and products. In addition, Topscience Biotech has also established reasonable in-process controls and quality control procedures to ensure that products continue to meet quality requirements during the production process.
